Each Elemental Mosaics piece is handcrafted to order.

Please allow up to 10 days for production before dispatch.

Orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked delivery within the UK.

Tracked UK shipping is £5.00. You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Every piece is carefully gift wrapped and accompanied by an Elemental Mosaics description card.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at martha@elementalmosaics.com.

Items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for return. Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Due to the handcrafted nature of each piece, slight variations in natural gemstones and mosaic glass detailing are part of their character and are not considered faults.

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs and order details so we can resolve this promptly.
